We treat trauma directly, including EMDR therapy for the memories that keep resurfacing. Group work puts you with people who have carried similar weight, so you are not explaining yourself from scratch. Admissions stay confidential. If you have VA benefits, we help coordinate your care so you know what is covered before you commit to anything.
