Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Medication-assisted treatment pairs FDA-approved medications with regular counseling. At Bennett Recovery, the medication reduces cravings and eases withdrawal so you can focus on the work of recovery. You meet with counselors, adjust the plan as your needs change, and build something that holds up over the long term.
About Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Medication-assisted treatment uses FDA-approved medications alongside counseling to reduce cravings and steady you through early recovery. At Bennett Recovery, medication is one part of the plan, not the whole plan.
Your first day starts with a full assessment. A clinician reviews your substance use history, physical health, and mental health, then decides whether a medication like buprenorphine or naltrexone fits your situation. From there you get a treatment plan built around your specific needs, not a generic template.
You also get a dedicated case manager. That person coordinates your medication management, counseling sessions, and appointments, and stays with you as you move toward aftercare. If something isn't working, you tell them, and the plan gets adjusted.
Insurance & Admissions
Most private insurance plans cover treatment here, and checking yours takes minutes. Send us your plan details and we'll verify your benefits while you wait. The whole thing starts with a single call to our admissions team. If you're coming from out of the area, we arrange travel and flights so getting here isn't the thing that stops you.
