What Is Treatment Like?
Treatment at Bennett Recovery follows a clear structure. Day one is intake and assessment. From there you get a treatment plan built around your history and goals. Your days mix individual and group therapy, meals, and downtime to rest. Family sessions are part of the plan when you want them.
What Is Treatment Like, The Details
Treatment starts before anyone talks about therapy. On your first day, or your family member's first day, staff run an intake and assessment. That means a review of medical history, current substance use, mental health, and anything happening at home that affects recovery.
From that assessment, the clinical team builds a treatment plan specific to the person, not a generic checklist. The plan gets adjusted as things change.
A typical day has structure. You can expect:
- Morning check-in and group therapy
- Individual sessions with a counselor during the week
- Meals at set times, with downtime built in between sessions
- Evening groups or reflection time
The downtime matters. Rest, quiet, and space to think are part of getting better, not filler between appointments.
Family involvement is available and encouraged when the person in treatment agrees to it. That can mean family sessions, education about addiction, and clear updates on progress within privacy limits.
If you want to know how any of this applies to your situation, call and ask. Real answers, not a sales pitch.
